We enjoyed its peaceful location adjacent to a nice area and the old town. Easy to get to Brulerie Saint-Roch, located within 5 minutes on foot. Private bathroom was fine.

Enjoyed pretty much everything, nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, right in the middle of the city. I stayed 2 nights and didn't want to leave there. 👍

The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. the location was ideal, with many bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Another advantage was the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals during our stay.
We experienced some negative aspects during our time at the hotel. the administration was careless with user data, registering our credit card and email without consent and leading to spam emails and inconvenience.

stayed at a great loft in Quebec City. It was fully equipped and had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a kitchen with all the utensils we needed. The location in the charming neighbourhood of St-Roch was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Initial - Loft Forestier. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The communication with Louis, the owner, was excellent. we highly recommend this place for a visit to Quebec City.

Great beds and bathroom. Convenient location near main shopping street. Well-equipped apartment for a 4-night stay. Spacious loft with stylish decorations, fully functional kitchen, and fantastic shower. Nice ambiance and no noisy construction nearby.

I recently stayed at the Initial - Loft Forestier for a weekend getaway with my partner. Grocery shopping was convenient with a big supermarket close by.
